Veteran outfielder Cole Calhoun signs minor league contract with Yankees

The New York Yankees signed메이저사이트 veteran outfielder Cole Calhoun (36) to a minor league contract.

On the 21st (Korean time), MLB.com, the official homepage of Major League Baseball, announced the news of Calhoun’s contract.

Calhoun made his major league debut with the Los Angeles Angels in 2012 and played for the Angels until 2019. In the 2015 season he even won a Gold Glove.

Calhoun has since played with the Arizona Diamondbacks and Texas Rangers.

Calhoun, who played for Texas last year, played in 125 games and hit 12 homers with a batting average of 0.196.

Calhoun, who couldn’t find a new team at the end of the 2022 season, signs a contract with the Yankees and aims to enter the big leagues once again.

He posted a batting average of 0.243 (1042 hits in 4291 at-bats), 173 homers, 557 RBIs and 618 runs over his 11-year career in the major leagues.
