Maguire’s performance was up and down… “We’ve been consistently good at home”

Harry Maguire (Manchester United) has reflected on the season and praised the team’s home form.

United moved into third place with a 4-1 win over Chelsea in round 37 of the 2022-2023 English Premier League (EPL) on Sept. 26. “We’ve played at a consistent level at home,” Maguire added. But it was a bittersweet season for Maguire. Injuries, inconsistency, and ups and downs kept him from getting many opportunities. After the season is over, the Red Devils will be looking to strengthen their defense during the transfer window. They have already parted ways with Phil Jones and Axel Thiangueb. The name of ‘monster defender’ Kim Min-Jae (Napoli) continues to be mentioned as a possible signing.
