5.1 billion won in all-cash purchase…Messanapolis owner is Youngwoong Lim
The buyer of the Messenapolis penthouse in Mapo-gu, Seoul, which sold for 5.1 billion won last year and became the most expensive apartment in the country메이저놀이터, was singer Im Young-woong.
According to Maeil Business on Sept. 28, Lim purchased Messenapolis in Seogyo-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul, for 5.1 billion won on Sept. 30 last year. It is believed that he paid all cash for the property, as there is no separate mortgage.
Broadcaster Ha Ha, who has previously revealed his residence in Messenapolis on entertainment programs, recently appeared on a program and said, “Mr. Lim Young Woong lives in my apartment. We live in the same building. It’s the pride of Mapo-gu.”
Messenapolis is an expensive residential complex that was approved for use in July 2012. With a total of 617 units ranging from the 7th floor to the 39th floor above ground and a total area of 122 to 244 square meters, 77 out of the 617 units are rental apartments, and there was a controversy over discrimination against rental residents at the beginning of the move-in.
Lim bought the top floor penthouse of Messenapolis for 5.1 billion won. Despite the real estate downturn last year, it set a new record price of 5.1 billion won, up 1.72 billion won from the previous high of 3.38 billion won (January 2019).
Messanapolis is located in a super station area that connects Hapjeong Station, a transfer station for Seoul Subway Lines 2-6, to the complex’s shopping district. It is close to Seon Judo Park, Sangam World Cup Stadium, etc. and has a view of the Han River.
It provides services for residents, such as housekeeping and home delivery, and has thorough security, with detectors that work from the parking lot to the inside of the house to determine external intrusion.
